Aoba and Koujaku kids

I've never won annything, and I never wil...
Anyways, the little blue kid is Aoba. The main character of the anime/videogame Dramatical Murders. 
On the other side, we have Koujaku. Aoba's childhood friend. Of course, in the game they are bigger, but 
in a moment, it shows how these two first met.
